The founding drop
When does the founding drop open?
We’ll email the date to the list first. Leave your email on the homepage and you’ll hear the day it opens.
What's in it?
One tee in two original designs, sizes XS to 3XL, one color per design to start.
How will preorders work?
When the drop opens, you’ll pay when you order and your tee ships when the run is printed. The product page will say when to expect it, and you’ll be able to cancel for a full refund any time before it ships.
How often will you email me?
When there’s a new Journal story, and the day the founding drop opens. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
Fit and sizing
How will I know what size to get?
Before the drop opens, we measure every size flat on the actual shirt. Those measurements go on the product page, with a size finder that checks them against the size you usually buy.
What if I need a size outside XS to 3XL?
Reply to any of our emails and tell us. Those requests decide which sizes we add next.
Orders
Where are the shirts made?
When the drop opens, each product page will say where the shirt is sewn and where it’s printed. We only list what we can document.
Can I return or exchange a shirt?
Returns and exchanges will be spelled out in our refund policy before the first order ships.
